Welcome to DoctorShrooms. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website doctorshrooms.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

We sell functional mushroom gummy food supplements. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Our products are food supplements only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of order via our third-party payment providers, who process your payment information securely; we do not store full card details ourselves.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations and Returns

If you are a consumer ordering from within the UK, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013, in addition to our own DoctorShrooms Refund Policy, which offers a satisfaction guarantee for unhappy customers. 7. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you sign up for a recurring/subscription order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the agreed frequency until you cancel. You can cancel or amend your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting us at hello@doctorshrooms.co.uk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the DoctorShrooms name, logo, artwork, product formulations, photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to Shroomiee Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of it without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
